Returns and Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Returned within 7 days of delivery or collection
- Must include proof of purchase (invoice/receipt)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Custom-made or special-order packaging
- Used, damaged, or altered products (not due to supplier fault)
- Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect goods:
- Notify us within 48 hours
- Provide photos as proof
- We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable
4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed once goods are inspected and approved
- Approved refunds will be made via:
- EFT (bank transfer)
- Original payment method (if applicable)
- Processing time: 3–5 working days
5. Return Costs
- Customers are responsible for return transport costs
- If the return is due to our error, we will cover the cost
6. Exchanges
We allow exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizes or products (subject to stock availability)
- Requests must be made within 7 days
