Returns and Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery or collection
  • Must include proof of purchase (invoice/receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom-made or special-order packaging
  • Used, damaged, or altered products (not due to supplier fault)
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect goods:

  • Notify us within 48 hours
  • Provide photos as proof
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once goods are inspected and approved
  • Approved refunds will be made via:
    • EFT (bank transfer)
    • Original payment method (if applicable)
  • Processing time: 3–5 working days

5. Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return transport costs
  • If the return is due to our error, we will cover the cost

6. Exchanges

We allow exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes or products (subject to stock availability)
  • Requests must be made within 7 days
